General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a1111 ("a1111", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, games, promotions, and content available at https://a1111.club and any associated sub-domains (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the a1111 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
a1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-screen notification upon next login. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use the a1111 Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

a1111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, alongside a utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
If a1111 discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all deposits will be held, and all winnings accumulated during the underage period will be forfeited. a1111 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in any investigation related to underage gambling.
Account Registration
To access real-money games and sports betting on a1111, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active a1111 account at any given time. Deposits. Funds deposited into your a1111 account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a different individual — are not permitted and will be reversed. a1111 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used. Deposits are generally credited to your a1111 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after this time will be queued for the next business day.
a1111 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside a1111's control. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.
Bonuses & Promotions
a1111 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to registered players from time to time. These are offered as an incentive to engage with the Platform and are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on a1111 unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
- Eligible games: Not all games on a1111 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed towards the wagering requirement. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the a1111 Platform, you agree to use it only for its intended lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is compliant with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on a1111:
- Fraudulent activity: Attempting to defraud a1111 or other players through any means, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the house.

- Money laundering: Using the a1111 Platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or transferring funds derived from illegal activities. a1111 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
Any violation of the prohibited conduct rules above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds under investigation, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate. a1111's determinations in respect of prohibited conduct are final and binding.
Account Suspension & Closure
a1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion request via the responsible gaming tools.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.
Voluntary closure. If you wish to close your a1111 account voluntarily, please contact [email protected] with your account details and a request to close. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to identity confirmation.
Self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the self-exclusion feature available in the account responsible gaming settings. Self-exclusion can be set for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. Liability & Dispute Resolution

Game result integrity. All game outcomes on a1111 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by independent, licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, PG Soft, and others. a1111 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot alter the results of any individual game round once it has commenced. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the decision of the game provider's server logs shall be final.
Void bets and malfunctions. a1111 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds, bets placed during a technical malfunction, or bets that were processed in error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account. No further liability will be accepted in connection with a voided bet.
Dispute process. If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game result, payment transaction, or any other matter, please follow this procedure:
